Beaches BathCity – Making it easy for you to get what you want!

Everyone has at least one bathroom in their home, and whatever your needs, BathCity in the Beaches is now making it a whole lot easier to get exactly the look you want!

The 2500 sq. ft. BathCity showroom on Kingston Road, is the ‘face’ of the product and design business owned by husband and wife team Mehdi and Siobhan Shojaat. While this location is a relatively new venture for them – having opened in March of this year – the couple have been involved in the renovation industry for many years. Each partner brings their own expertise to BathCity – Mehdi with his vast contracting and renovating skills and Siobhan with a background in art and design.

From successfully running Blue Sky Contracting for a number of years, the Shojaats became involved in BathCity with one of Mehdi’s brothers at the original Vaughan location. Finding something that they were both passionate about, it wasn’t long before they decided to open their own showroom in the Beaches.

The Shojaats provide everything their customers need in terms of selecting and purchasing items for the bathroom. Knowledgeable staff are able to inform consumers on the various models available, while alsogiving valuable design advice. She also states that they are very careful in carrying only top quality brands which, while beautiful to look at, are also practical for the customers’ unique needs. And the range of products available at BathCity is most impressive, as one visit to the showroom will prove. In addition to popular European brands such as Duravit, BathCity proudly carries a wide range of Canadian manufactured models including Riobel and Neptune, is something consumers really appreciate.

Siobhan points out that some customers will start out by making one simple change to their bathroom or kitchen and then often return for additional products. Some even end up completely renovating their rooms.

Some customers come to the showroom well prepared, knowing exactly the products they want, while others are at the early stages looking for ideas. Siobhan advices, “when considering a new bathroom or kitchen, plan ahead and do your research, consider your space, your needs and the overall look you desire”. Once this is in place, BathCity is there to ease you through the rest of the process.
