5 things to make the holidays magic

Avoid Overeating – Have two (not three) meals a day–a brunch and dinner.

Enjoy Your Company – Plan no more than three traditional dinners and share them with family. When younger people get together why not try some fun finger foods followed by a game or movie.

Time for Yourself – Treat you and your family, or friends, to a meal out. No cooking, no dishes and time to relax.

Save Some for the New Year – Schedule gatherings in January and February when everything is quieter and guests are ready to eat again!

Drive Safe – Don’t drink and drive… the impact will affect you and someone’s life forever.
