Event Date: Sunday, April 6, 2019
Time: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Location: Ashbridge’s Bay Yacht Club – foot of Coxwell and inside Ashbridge’s Bay Park
- A full page Beaches|Life Spring Wellness and Beauty Show will be promoted in the popular Beaches|Life magazine, Spring edition.
- With a circulation of 20,000, Beaches|Life is delivered door-to-door to homes and businesses in the Greater Beaches Area.
- Social media promotion to community members within a 10 km radius.
- Social media post to a range of local community groups
- Event information is posted in local communities and libraries
- Special event announcements will be emailed to over 3,000 recipients, and it will also be promoted in the Beaches Living weekly Newsflash.

- Event posters are distributed through local retailers, libraries, recreation centres and churches, where there is a high volume of community members
- Large outdoor banners will be posted throughout the greater Beaches area leading up to the event date.
- Businesses who participate at this event will be published in the exhibitors’ list in the June/July edition of Beaches|Life magazine.
- Upon registration your business will be published at online Beaches Business Directory under Health & Wellness, Fashion & Beauty category for TWO Months or more. Residents can learn about your business pre/post event.
- Event photos and your business name will be published online after the event and can be viewed throughout the year.

Display tables will be provided to participating businesses with the following options:
- A. Round table – 5’: $350 + tax
- B. Rectangular table – 6’x3’: $350 + tax
- C. Square table – 3.5’x3.5’: $300 + tax
- D. Reserve your 15 minutes live demo, presentation or fashion show: $80 + tax
- E. Share your business information at the event info booth: $80 + tax
You will get:
- Cloth table covering and banner with your business name, and for you to keep, also chairs
- Gourmet lunch for two from the kitchen of ABYC
- Coffee, tea and water and dessert!
- Merchant payment options so you can bring products and sell samples at the event
- Name tags
